The main issues related to driving employee engagement through training and development are the lack of a tailored and comprehensive approach to employee development, inadequate training resources and materials, limited motivation and support from senior management, and inadequate communication between employees and management.

  3. Yes. But this can be eliminated by having skilled trainers from outside the company and request employee to apply for their training needs at the beginning of the year. And aldo have a mechanism to identify the required training foe eash and every employee .
